WHY TAKE THIS BOATING SAFETY COURSE ? To improve safety of all Boaters. Learn your responsibilities on the waters. To make boating experiences for everyone, enjoyable. To earn your Pleasure Craft Operator Card as required by Regulations
OPTIONS
Classroom course	Four to six hours.Canadian Coast Guard highly recommends taking the in-class course.
Study at home.	Attend a one to two hour review and write the test.
Challenge the Exam	Call/contact 911 Marine Safety Training for details.
One on One training.	Private group class (minimum 8 people). Book early.
IN-CLASS COURSE CONTENTS The course covers a full range of basic boating information such as; Minimum safety equipment requirements necessary on board your boat. The Canadian buoy system. How to share the waterways. Knowledge of all pertinent regulations on waterways. How to respond in an emergency situation.
